The table lists the body measurements each size fits (chest and waist). The chart above shows the shirt laid flat: chest is measured straight across, 1 inch below the armholes (double it for the full distance around), length from the high point of the shoulder to the bottom hem, and sleeve from the center back to the cuff. Every rider knows the story. Road gremlins ride along uninvited, loosening bolts, draining batteries and putting potholes where there weren’t any. A small bell hung low on the bike catches them in the ringing, and they let go.

This year the bike is dressed for the season. An old chopper sits parked in the snow, sissy bar up and springer front end out, with a Santa hat hung on the bars and a set of bells underneath it doing the real work. Sleigh bells ring. Gremlins flee.

A heavier long sleeve than our Soft style tee, in a traditional classic cut with no side seams, and ribbed cuffs that stay where you put them. Fine on its own on a cool evening. Better under a jacket on a cold start.

Sizing

This one runs a little small. If you’re between sizes or not sure, go up one. Go up one as well if you want room around the midsection or plan to wear a layer underneath. If you like a close fit, take your usual size. Every shirt is made to order, so the size chart is worth a look.

🧺 Care, briefly

A little attention and this shirt will keep its look for a long time. Longer than a high-mileage GS, if we’re honest.

Machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. No fabric softener.
Tumble dry low, or hang dry for the longest life.
Cool iron inside out if needed. Do not iron the print. There is only one outcome.
Do not dry clean.

You'll get a tracking number by email the second it ships.

Returns

If we get it wrong, we'll make it right. Damaged, misprinted, wrong item, or lost somewhere between here and you — email support@stillroadapparel.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund. No forms, no arguing, no sending anything back unless we ask for it.

Every hoodie is printed for you and only you — no warehouse, no backstock to swap from — so we can't take returns for sizing or a change of mind. That part's on you, before you check out.

Which is why the size guide is worth the thirty seconds. Our hoodies run true to size — if you're between sizes, or like it loose enough to layer under a jacket, size up. Still not sure? Email us before you order and we'll help you get it right the first time.

Made and printed to order

The cotton is American, grown mainly in North Carolina and Georgia, and spun at our partner’s plants in those same two states. From there it travels to their facilities in Central America, the Caribbean and Bangladesh, where the shirts are sewn.

The printing happens back in the US, in California, Nevada, Texas, Georgia and Virginia. Your order ships from there via USPS or DHL.

American cotton, printed by American businesses. By the time it reaches you, the shirt has logged more miles than most of us.
