The table lists the body measurements each size fits (chest and waist). The chart above shows the shirt laid flat: chest is measured straight across, 1 inch below the armholes (double it for the full distance around), length from the high point of the shoulder to the bottom hem, and sleeve from the center back to the cuff. Sizing

A classic fit that flatters like an athletic cut, so most riders take their usual size if they plan on it as a standalone. If you are robust around the midsection or plan to wear it over another layer, go up one. Every shirt is made to order, so the size chart is worth a look.

🧺 Care, briefly

A little attention and this shirt will keep its look for a long time. Longer than a high-mileage GS, if we’re honest.

Machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. No fabric softener.
Tumble dry low, or hang dry for the longest life.
Cool iron inside out if needed. Do not iron the print. There is only one outcome.
Do not dry clean.

Most orders arrive in 8–12 days: up to 5 days to print, then 3–7 days on the road to you.
You'll get a tracking number by email the second it ships.

Returns

If we get it wrong, we'll make it right. Damaged, misprinted, wrong item, or lost somewhere between here and you — email support@stillroadapparel.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund. No forms, no arguing, no sending anything back unless we ask for it.

Every hoodie is printed for you and only you — no warehouse, no backstock to swap from — so we can't take returns for sizing or a change of mind. That part's on you, before you check out.

Which is why the size guide is worth the thirty seconds. Our hoodies run true to size — if you're between sizes, or like it loose enough to layer under a jacket, size up. Still not sure? Email us before you order and we'll help you get it right the first time.

Made and printed to order

The cotton is American, grown mainly in North Carolina and Georgia, and spun at our partner’s plants in those same two states. From there it travels to their facilities in Central America, the Caribbean and Bangladesh, where the shirts are sewn.

The printing happens back in the US, in California, Nevada, Texas, Georgia and Virginia. Your order ships from there via USPS or DHL.

American cotton, printed by American businesses. By the time it reaches you, the shirt has logged more miles than most of us.
